RFP360 SFP 2026-03 Debt Collection

The OAG has a Division of Debt Collection (DDC), which is responsible for collecting debts on behalf of state public bodies. This excludes amounts owed for taxes, court costs and/or fines, and child support. In general, agencies have discretion to refer their outstanding receivables to DDC when the debt is less than $3,000 and more than 60 days old; debts which are greater than $3,000 and more than 60 days old are required to be sent to DDC.
