The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal (âRFPâ), and the resulting contract, is to obtain services from a qualified architectural firm to provide professional architectural and engineering services necessary to design for the construction of a new elementary school for Highland Springs Elementary (the âProjectâ) in accordance with the Scope of Services section of the solicitation.
