RFP - 2027-MH-0001 - SPECIALIZED RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

To establish a contract through competitive negotiation to furnish and provide the operation of a specialized Assisted Living Facility (ALF) with ten (10) mixed gender adults living with active and/or acute symptomology related to serious mental illness and may have recently discharged from a private or public psychiatric hospital. The services shall be provided for the Richmond Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA/Authority), a public body within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
