RFA Certified Recovery Residence Funding

The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) requests applications from Recovery Residence Operators to obtain funding as introduced by the General Assembly under SB30, Item 300, J.1, for recovery support services within the Commonwealth.The purpose is to provide access to safe, supportive, and quality housing for individuals in recovery from substance use disorders, with focus on ensuring indigent bed fund availability for individuals who meet the criteria for indigent bed funding. Recovery Residences provide alcohol and drug-free living environments that promote recovery through peer support, while emphasizing personal responsibility and community integration and do not include clinical services.
