Residential and Business Survey

The Town of Herndon is seeking a qualified firm to develop, conduct, analyze, and present the results of two statistically valid surveys of 1) town residents and 2) commercial businesses , soliciting their opinions on a range of issues relevant to customer satisfaction with town services. Individuals or firms interested in providing these services must have a demonstrated record of working with localities or other comparable entities in customer service surveys of this or a similar nature.
