Replace Electronic Modular Control Panel at USCG COMCOM

The work consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment, as required, to complete all work as described in the provided Statement of Work (SOW). This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance and a small business size standard of $12.5 million. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price order resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on 05/12/2026 via email to frank.r.burton@uscg.mil and keven.d.weaver@uscg.mil. Quotes shall be submitted via the SF-18. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist at the email addresses listed above no oral questions will be accepted. All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes.
