Description
The PELSS BPA was awarded to GST on May 19, 2021, under the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule for Professional Services - Technical and Engineering Services (non-IT). The PELSS BPA provides the TSA Security Capabilities (SC) formerly Acquisition Program Management (APM) and Requirements & Capabilities Analysis (RCA) with PELSS in the broader categories of system design, engineering, and integration; integrated logistics support; and acquisition and life-cycle management. This support includes managing and reviewing airport design packages; updating the Planning Guidelines and Design Standards (PGDS); developing proposed and documented evaluation of Checked Baggage Inspection System (CBIS) designs; providing technical support reviewing Requests for Variance (RFVs); performing modeling and simulation tasks of checked baggage systems; developing technical documentations for capability and technology demonstrations; providing human factors technical support for integrated logistics planning and assessments; supporting configuration management and technical acquisitions; and managing technical knowledge development. Award details are as follows: (a) Contractor Name: Global Systems Technologies, Inc. (GST) (b) Type of action: Firm Fixed-Price BPA with Cost Reimbursable CLINs for Other Direct Costs (c) Estimated Value: $475,000.00 (d) Year of funding: There are no funds obligated under the BPA; funds are obligated at the task order level. (d) Period of Performance: May 19, 2026 – November 18, 2026 (f) Other brief descriptive words and phrases. TSA intends to fulfill this requirement rhrough a 6-month award of a Bridge BPA to Global Systems' techologies, LLC. to pursue additional procurement actions designed to maximize services to address organizational requirements.
