CONTRACTORS ALREADY PREQUALIFIED UNDER EITHER OF THOSE REQUESTS FOR QUALIFICATIONS DO NOT NEED TO REAPPLY* The intent of this Request for Qualification is to pre-qualify general contractors to provide rehabilitation services, both interior and exterior, to residential properties ranging from single-family homes to multi-family units.
