N1491 - Maintenance and Repair Services for Ada, Revolving, and Power Doors

Arlington County is seeking to establish a five (5) year contract with a qualified firm to provide preventive maintenance, inspection, replacement, testing and repair of ADA doors and operators, revolving doors and other similar power doors associated with controls in county owned and leased facilities. Includedbut not limited to door types in this solicitation are commercial exterior/store front, automatic doorsystems and revolving systems.
