N1475 Developmental Disabilities (DD) Day Support and Emplyment Services

Arlington County is seeking qualified contractors to provide Day Support and Employment Services for adults aged 22 years and older with developmental disabilities. Services include group and individualized day programming, community engagement and coaching, as well as supported employment options to build independence, social skills, and workplace readiness. Contractors must provide person-centered planning, develop and implement Support Plans, ensure participant safety, and comply with all state licensing, waiver, and reporting requirements. The program's overarching goal is to help participants achieve meaningful community integration and sustained employment in the most inclusive settings possible.
