Manassas Drive Reverse-angled Parking Construction

The City of Manassas Park, Virginia is seeking bids from qualified licensed contractors to reconfigure street parking, curbing and/or sidewalks, make related pavement adjustments, and provide the necessary markings for the implementation of a reverse-angled parking configuration in our central downtown. The work will be performed on Manassas Drive at the Parq 170 Building area and includes, but is not limited to, pavement marking, signage installation, pavement modifications, curb and gutter adjustments, traffic control, and other related improvements necessary to install angled parking based on the plans found in the bid package.
