The Hampton Roads Transportation Accountability Commission (HRTAC), a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is soliciting proposals from qualified persons or firms to provide consulting/lobbying services for or on behalf of HRTAC regarding state legislation, funding, and any programs sponsored by or relating to governmental relations. This document constitutes a request for sealed proposals from qualified individuals and/or organizations to provide such state government relations and lobbying services for or on behalf of HRTAC.
