The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposals (âRFPâ) is to establish a multiple term contract through competitive negotiations with qualified source(s) to provide support the implementation of a comprehensive leadership development system aligned to the Loudoun County Public Schools profile of a Leader to Loudoun County School Board operating as Loudoun County Public Schools (âLCPSâ).
