The Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority (“RWSA”) is soliciting bids from experienced, qualified, and interested firms to provide Underground Utility Locating and Marking Services related to the raw and treated drinking water and sewer piping systems, storage facilities, pumping stations, and other related conveyance infrastructure owned or operated by the RWSA, located in Albemarle County and the City of Charlottesville.A Non-Mandatory Online Pre-Bid Meeting will be conducted August 12, 2026 at 11AM EST.
