IFB 26-2520, Landside Pressure Washing Services

The Capital Region Airport Commission (the “Commission”) is soliciting bids from qualified, experienced, and licensed contractors to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, and incidentals necessary to perform Landside Pressure Washing Services at Richmond International Airport. Services shall include scheduled and on-call pressure washing of parking garages, terminal sidewalks, roadways, commercial lanes, valet areas, pedestrian walkways, and other operational landside areas as directed by the Commission. The work is intended to support the cleanliness, appearance, safety, and operational functionality of public-facing airport facilities and shall be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Invitation for Bids.
