IFB 2027-024 Community Market and Armory HVAC Renovation

This project includes replacing the Market air handling units; providing a VRF system for Market vendor spaces; providing an air handling unit and fabric duct system for the Armory Gym; replacing the steam heating system with a hydronic heating system; and providing a direct digital controls system. The (4) vertical cabinet VRF indoor units will not be available until 2027. Pricing may or may not be available by the bid due date. If pricing is not available, prospective bidders shall include the price for horizontal fan coil units of same capacity. Contract will be adjusted as needed upon availability of actual pricing.
