The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain bids for the supply and installation of furniture at the Lynchburg Public Library, located at 2315 Memorial Avenue, Lynchburg, VA 24501. The Lynchburg Public Library is currently undergoing an extensive modernization project. No substitutions to the items specified will be allowed unless an item is no longer in stock or has a lead time exceeding six months. If this is found to be the case for any item, a substitution request must be received two weeks prior to bid deadline for approval.
