Description
The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as VDOT) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish and install salt pond liner replacements, including geosynthetic membrane protection barrier liners and HDPE geomembranes, at Carlisle Area Headquarters located at 55 Jones Ridge Rd, Axton VA, 24067 and Glade Hill Area Headquarters located at 5483 Colonial Turnpike, Glade Hill, VA 24091, of VDOTs Salem District in accordance with the specifications contained herein.
