The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as VDOT) is soliciting bids from ready-mix concrete plants, which are VDOT approved, to provide on-call, as needed hydraulic cement concrete (ready-mix concrete) to various work locations/routes within Christiansburg Residency, the counties of Giles, Montgomery and Pulaski in the Salem District, including all towns and cities where routes are maintained by VDOT.
