IFB # 160930 - MTEST Quattro Data Acquisition Control Package

The Contractor shall furnish and deliver all materials, software, equipment, labor, supervision, tools, and incidental services required to provide and install an ADMET MTESTQuattro Materials Testing System, Data Acquisition only, with no control capability, ADMET Part Number 1110-00015, to retrofit VDOT's existing hydraulic materials testing machine. The MTESTQuattro system shall provide data acquisition and analysis capabilities for mechanical testing, including measurement and recording of Load, Position, Axial Strain, and Transverse Strain. The system shall be capable of supporting common mechanical tests, including tension, compression, peel, shear, and flex testing, and shall support testing requirements associated with applicable ASTM, DIN, ISO, and JIS standards. The Contractor shall provide on-site installation, retrofit services, training, and calibration as specified herein.
