The City of Bristol, Virginia (hereinafter referred to as âthe Cityâ), is requesting sealed bids on the placement of hydraulic cement concrete items as listed in this document in accordance with the Cityâs specifications and which meet current Virginia Department of Transportation Road and Bridge specifications and Virginia Department of Transportation Road and Bridge standards. This solicitation is a readvertisement of formerly advertised ITB # PW-27-004.
