HPU Men's Locker Room Expansion ITB (2027012-PU-B)

HPU is seeking a contractor to perform a renovation of existing structure to expand the men’s locker room at the City’s Public Utilities office. Work includes partial demolition of a Concrete Masonry Unity (CMU) wall,construction of new CMU walls, plumbing to include supply and drain lines to new toilets, urinals and sinks, modifications to existing HVAC ducts and addition of new electrical receptacles and lights. Start work no sooner than October 5, 2026. Entire project must be completed by December 31, 2026.
