Golf Cart Rentals

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a Contract with a qualified Contractor for the furnishing/provision of golf cart rentals to the Department of Parks and Recreation's Special Events and Promotions Division, for various special events throughout the calendar year, on an 'as needed basis'. The City reserves the right to add and delete events and to adjust event quantities as necessary.
