FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT FOR WEB-BASED SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES TO ASTM INTERNATIONAL NON-GOVERNMENT STANDARDS

The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify qualified sources for a firm-fixed contract. The purpose of the contract is to provide web-based subscription to ASTM International materials and standards collections, in electronic format and via Internet–based networking subscription arrangement, with instantaneous access with 24/7 availability. Subscription includes ASTM Complete Book of Standards to include all volumes and sections of active and historical standards accessible from the desktop and mobile device of DoD employees.
