Finance and Human Capital Management (HCM) ERP System Implementation

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to solicit proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations by Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech), an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, for: Implementation services for a Finance and Human Capital Management (HCM) ERP system to be provided by the system vendor or one of its certified partners. System implementation vendors partnering with multiple ERP System providers must submit separate proposals for each software platform. Only proposals associated with the selected ERP System vendor will be considered for evaluation. Only proposals that meet all of the minimum requirements listed in the RFP document will be eligible for consideration. Proposals that do not clearly demonstrate compliance will be rejected and will not proceed to evaluation.Additional documentation and submission instructions are available at the website link below.
