EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The City of Charlottesville is soliciting proposals to establish a contract, through competitive negotiation, for the ongoing delivery of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services. The successful offeror must ensure that all employee and dependent information is maintained in strict confidence and handled in accordance with all applicable state and federal requirements, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
