Elevator Inspection Services

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish a contract with one or more qualified Contractors to provide comprehensive elevator inspection services for City-owned facilities on behalf of the City's Department of General Services on an 'as needed basis', in accordance with the terms, condition and specifications of this RFP.
