The purpose of this Unsealed Invitation For Bids (UIFB) is to establish a contract with one (1) qualified bidder to provide full maintenance and repair services for the elevator and wheelchair lift mechanical equipment and associated electrical and controls located at Virginia State Police (VSP) Driver Training Complex (DTC) located at 1875 Ridge Road, Blackstone, VA 23824, per the specifications, terms, and conditions listed herein. This solicitation will be awarded on a grand total basis.
