Dickenson County Public Service Authority Haysi Wastewater Treatment Plant

Dickenson County Public Service Authority main objective is to establish a five year, turn key operational contract with options for renewal that will insure 100% regulatory compliance, protects the public health of its citizens and visitors, optimize our municipal utility assets. DPSA is requesting that separate proposals be delivered showing operation of the POTW only, the other proposal showing both operation of the POTW and the seven pump stations together for our consideration.
