Denbigh Landfill Grounds Maintenance and Mowing Services

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids to furnish/provide recurring vegetation maintenance and mowing services at the Denbigh Landfill, a closed municipal solid waste landfill subject to post-closure care requirements.
