Independence - Baxter Pedestrian Improvements

Provide the installation of pedestrian improvements at the intersection of Independence Boulevard and Baxter Road. Improvements include, but are not limited to, concrete demolition, installation of curb ramps, concrete sidewalk, subsequent traffic control poles, push buttons, signal heads and conduits, expanding a concrete median, installing a pedestrian refuge, and eradication and installation of pavement markings.
