Charter Bus Services at MPCS

The Purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Vendors (Vendor) to provide charter bus transportation services for Manassas Park City Schools (MPCS). The intent of this RFP is to establish a pool of qualified charter bus transportation providers to furnish transportation services for students, staff, and authorized school groups for the 2026-2027 school year. MPCS intends to award multiple vendors, and the selected vendors will be placed on an approved vendor list for use by MPCS and our Transportation Department.
