Cedar Valley NDD Corridor Improvements

The purpose of this ITB is to solicit bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, parts, supplies, tools, transportation and materials necessary to construct roadway and utility improvements adjacent to the Cedar Valley redevelopment project (former Wards Plaza) near the intersection of Valley Avenue and Weems Lane.
