Cat Surveying Services

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to establish a term contract through competitive negotiation for the procurement of professional land surveying services for various Charlottesville Area Transit (CAT) projects. This procurement will utilize a qualifications-based selection (QBS) process in accordance with applicable federal requirements and the Brooks Act. The City reserves the right to make multiple awards as a result of this solicitation. The City of Charlottesville reserves the right at all times to perform work in-house or to procure services for individual projects through a separate procurement process.
