Bulk Fuel Program

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers through competitive negotiations to provide Statewide Bulk Motor Fuel Program goods and services to all Commonwealth of Virginia agencies, institutions of higher education, or other public bodies (collectively “Authorized Users”) as defined in the Code of Virginia §2.2-1110, 2.2-1120, and 2.2-4301.
