The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to establish a term contract through competitive negotiation for the full scope of Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) Processing and Financial Services for programs that include, but are not limited to, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (DSNAP), and Summer Electronic Benefit Transfer Program (SEBT).
