Automated Check Remittance Processing Solution

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Unsealed Request for Proposals (URFP) is to solicit proposals to to provide, implement, integrate, and support an Automated Check Remittance Processing Solution for the City of Newport News Treasurer’s Office. The solution should include the software, implementation services, interfaces, training, technical support, and any required or recommended hardware necessary to process paper and electronic remittances efficiently and securely.
