Remove and install electrical service, LED lights on existing poles with mounts and photocell. Upgrade LPS system to meet current standards. Refresh crusher run stone base, compact and grade lot to drain to stormwater conveyance system. Tighten or replace sections of fence that have loosened or sagging to maintain security within the compound.
