The purpose of this URFP is to solicit unsealed proposals from qualified offerors to establish a contract through competitive negotiations to provide Fiscal and Administrative services in support of the Virginia behavioral Health Advisory Council (VBHAC), a federally mandated planning and advisory board comprised of stakeholders of the Virginia public behavioral health system by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS or “The Agency”).
