27-0012 General Property Reassessment Services

The City of Fredericksburg, Virginia is seeking a qualified real estate appraisal firm to perform the General Property Re‐assessment of all real estate located within the City in accordance with the “Statement of Needs.” The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals and through competitive negotiations establish a contract for these appraisal services. The terms “Offeror” and “Contractor” are used interchangeably in this solicitation document.
