Description
The project is generally described as a conversion of an existing crawl space into an engineering lab and an interior renovation of an existing pantry. There will be limited demolition in both the crawl space and the existing pantry. The project scope includes architectural, structural, MEP and fire protection work. Limited site work is required surrounding the new outdoor mechanical unit.
