26-05-3355NS-Professional Engineering and Project Management Services – Rt. 33 Widening Project

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified Offerors to establish a contract for providing professional engineering services for the Rt. 33 Widening Project. The Project will widen Rt. 33 approximately 1.3 miles in length from 2 to 4 lanes between Winns Church Rd and the existing 4-lane section near the Henrico County line. This contract will be a phased contract to include: preliminary engineering services through right-of-way plan approval (Task I), utility coordination/relocation services (Task II), right-of-way acquisition services (Task III), final construction plans (Task IV), and construction phase services (Task V). Tasks may be revised, and multiple tasks may be issued and underway at any point in the contract. It is anticipated that all tasks necessary for the completion of the Project will be assigned to the successful Offeror. Interested Offerors should provide an Expression of Interest (EOI) in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in this RFP.
