Voluntary Registration Program Services

The contractor will administer the Voluntary Registration Program for family day home providers, including recruitment, application review, certification, and ongoing monitoring for compliance. Responsibilities also include reporting incidents, maintaining records, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. The contractor will provide training and technical assistance to providers while supporting program outreach and complaint response. The Virginia Department of Education will oversee the program, provide guidance, and manage payments and performance monitoring.
