1ST STREET NORTH RETAINING WALL REHABILITATION

The City of Charlottesville is requesting bids for IFB # 27-04 1ST STREET NORTH RETAINING WALL REHABILITATION. Project Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals necessary to perform demolition of approximately 15 feet of existing "rubble" retaining wall and replace with a new RW-3 retaining wall and related sidewalk, pedestrian and landscaping reconstruction and/or restoration, per the specifications and limits shown on the provided construction plans. All work shall be performed according to the construction plan documents, related VDOT specifications, and related City specifications.
