The purpose of this Unsealed Invitation for Bid (UIFB) is to solicit bids for furnishing one (1) Geophysical Survey Systems, Inc. (GSSI) SIR 4000 ground penetrating radar (GPR) system with a 3-wheel cart, or an equivalent unit that meets or exceeds the required specifications.
