156-27-022 - On-Site Kodiak 100 Pilot Training

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids whereby a term contract may be established with one qualified firm to provide on-site aircraft-specific initial familiarization and recurrent proficiency training for up to eleven (11) Virginia State Police pilots using the agency owned Daher Kodiak 100 aircraft. The award will be made on a grand total basis (see award clause for further information).
