UTV OFF HIGHWAY 4X4 VEHICLE

The USGS Hawaiian Volcano Observatory requires two four-wheel drive all-terrain vehicles to support off-road access to volcano monitoring infrastructure in the Kilauea Summit region and other remote areas. The vehicle must include an enclosable cab, roof, windshield with wipers, recovery winch, and other off-road operational features.
