Description
The geotechnical drilling scope of work for the UT FLAP SJC 285(1) project involves obtaining subgrade soil samples along a 4.5-mile unpaved stretch of Johnson Creek Road in San Juan County, Utah, to support future paving. Over a planned two-day period, a contractor-provided two-man crew must complete twenty shallow (5-foot) and four deep (25-foot) borings using a truck-mounted drill rig. The contractor is also fully responsible for providing required MUTCD-compliant traffic control services during all field operations.
