This requirement is being solicited as a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under NAICS code 334220 – “Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing”, which has a Small Business Size Standard of 1,250 employees (https://www.sba.gov/sites/default/files/files/Size_Standards_Table.pdf).
