Manti-LaSal National Forest Culverts

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Region, Manti-LaSal National Forest has a need for culverts meeting the specifications listed in the Schedule of Items. Questions about this solicitation are due no later than October 5, 2026 at 10:00AM Mountain Time. Offers are due by 10:00 AM Mountain Time on October 9, 2026. Amendment 001: The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions about this solicitation. See attached amendment. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Return a signed copy of this amendment. Amendment 002: The purpose of this amendment is to clarify that in amendment 001, an answer indicates O-ring gaskets are optional and another answer indicates that O-ring gaskets are required. The correct answer is that they are optional and the government would accept an approved equal. This amendment also extends the response deadline to 10/14/2026 at 10:00 AM Mountain Time. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Return a signed copy of this amendment.
